passed away peacefully at home with her husband by her side on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at the age of 36. Cherished wife of Steven. Devoted and loving mother of Caitlin Summer Barton, Tamara Shelby Monds and Coralyn Destiny Monds. Precious daughter of Steven and Pamela Horsley and sister of Sabrina (Mat) Waterfield. Aunt of Daniella, Reese and Kallyn Waterfield. Daughter-in-law of William and Eleanor Monds and sister-in-law of Scott Monds. Jennifer will be missed by her grandma Callaghan, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Doney Funeral Home, Shelburne on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation with interment at Shelburne Cemetery. If desired, donations to Camp BUCKO would be appreciated.
