passed away peacefully after a very brief illness at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Thursday, April 19, 2012 in his 82nd year. Loving husband of the late Mary. Devoted father of Debbie (predeceased), Steve & Jane and Rob & Jennifer. Proud grandpa of Emily and Melissa. Dear brother of Ron and Bev and brother-in-law of Terry Irwin. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his four-legged companion Misty.
The family will receive friends at the Doney Funeral Home, Shelburne on Saturday from 2-5 p.m. Funeral service in the funeral home chapel on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Shelburne Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Shelburne Fire Department or Headwaters Health Care Centre would be appreciated.
