Peacefully at the Shelburne Residence on Monday, January 30, 2012 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Russell Tate. Loving mother of Douglas and his wife Debbie Tate and Diane and her husband David Cowen. Devoted grandmother of Kevin, Greg (Erin), Scott (Jen), Sean (Tiffany) and Jamie and great grandmother of Avery. Dear sister of Wilbert Squirrell and sister-in-law of Grace Tate. Predeceased by her sister Mavis and her brother Gordon. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Doney Funeral Home, Shelburne on Friday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the Doney Funeral Home chapel on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment at Shelburne Cemetery.
