peacefully at his home on Monday, December 26, 2011 in his 92nd year. Loving husband of Betty. Cherished father of John (Lee), Alistair (Dawn), Isobel (Jim) Dobbin, Heather (Don) Perrin and Dawn (George) Van Kampen. Devoted grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.He is survived by his brother-in-law Iain Hood. He is predeceased by his brothers Ivie, John and sisters Mary, Effie, Jean, Ellie and grandson Scott Van Kampen. A memorial service will be held in the Tweedsmuir Presbyterian Church, Orangeville on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 1 p.m. Cremation at Flesherton Crematorium. The family would like to express their gratitude for all the care provided by the Red Cross, Bayshore Nursing and Tammy from CCAC. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
