Gary James 'Harv' Galbraith

unexpectedly on Sunday, June 12, 2011 at his home in Shelburne. Loving husband of Janet Coulter. Cherished father of Samantha (Dean) Baird, Darryl, Jillian (Todd) Guthrie, Stefanie (Chad) McDonald, Aimee and partner Doug Johnson, Justin, Alyssa and partner Scott Billard. Beloved papa of Patrick, Zachary, Brook, Jackson, Savannah, Nicholas, Gracie, Coulter, Lily and Jet. He is survived by his sisters Linda and the late Bruce Sawden, Colleen (Bob) McKee, Brenda (Dale) Copeland and brothers Bruce (Lois), Floyd (Elaine), Brent (Tara). Also by Janet's mother Mary Coulter, her brothers Lowell (Candace) Coulter, Blair (Lori) Coulter and her sister Wanda (Mike) Wolfe. He is predeceased by his parents Wilf and Lillian Galbraith and brother Paul. He will be terribly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at the Doney Funeral Home, Shelburne on Wednesday from 12-2 and 6-9 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Shelburne on Thursday June 16, 2011 at 12:00 noon.
