Betty Harkness

Peacefully at Dufferin Oaks Nursing Home, Shelburne on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, in her 94th year. Loving wife of the late Stanley. Cherished mother of Dave, Bill and his wife Shirley and Jim. Beloved grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is survived by her sister Helen Taylor. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Doney Funeral Home, Shelburne on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, July 24, 2009 at 1 p.m. Interment in the Shelburne Cemetery following.
